HCX is a customer-focused hair salon. If your needs are not met or exceeded by HCX, we will offer one (1) re-do at no charge. The appointment must be made within ten (10) days following the service which your needs were not met.
HCX strives to match the best products with its guest’s needs and lifestyles. We understand that at times a recommended product may not be the best selection for you. Therefore, any gently used products may be exchanged or returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Any hairbrushes and Conceal/Root Touch-Up items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
HCX is a busy hair salon especially during the holiday season. Please be sure to book your appointments in advance to ensure your stylist is available on your requested date/time.
A $50 deposit is collected for all Brazilian Blowouts, Lasio, Corrective Color, Fashion Color, and Bridal hair/make-up appointments. Deposits are applied to your service.
If you know you are going to be late for an appointment, please contact us immediately. If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment so it does not affect other guests or stylist’s schedules.
HCX reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of a client’s scheduled service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. A minimum of a full day’s notice gives HCX time to contact guests on our waiting list and keep our stylist’s schedules filled.
Deposits made on select appointments will be forfeited unless a 24-hour advanced notice is provided.
Missed “No Show” Appointments
“No Show” appointments cost our talented staff time and money. If you miss your appointment without providing 24 hours of advanced notice or do not contact HCX at all, you will be charged a $25 fee and may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
HCX reserves the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. You may be charged for the reserved service amount.
